Ingredients
Coffee beans – 100% Arabica
200ml – cold skimmed milk
20ml – mint syrup
fresh mint – to garnish

Method
Step 1
First, pour the Barico mint syrup into a glass.
Step 2
Pour 30 ml Cold foamed milk and mix with the syrup.
Step 3
Add ice cubes , In a different cup, prepare a double shot ‘Espresso’.
Step 4
Pour the remaining foamed cold milk on the ice.
Step 5
Slowly pour the espresso as a float over the drink.
Step 6
Finally, garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
